Tonight was my last night at La Hacienda. I'm being moved to another restaurant in the resort tomorrow. I got one last goodbye at the end of the night from the kitchen crew. They dumped buckets of water on me, however, mixed in the water was everything from bean puree, eggs, salsa, garlic oil, poblano cream sauce, and so much more!! Uggggghh!
