Community dinner at Claire's tonight. Her friend Amanda made amazing homemade pork & shrimp egg rolls, a recipe from her Vietnamese mother/grandmother. I fried them up while rice and green curry tofu were whipped up. There was also a cocktail involving gin and aloe juice that was delicious!
