Japanese Friendship Garden

This is over the entrance of the Japanese Friendship Garden near my house.  It means Heron Phoenix Garden.  The Heron is the bird symbol of Himeji City, which built the garden.  Ro Ho En is a name to symbolize the friendship between the two cities.
