Seafood course for a tasting menu.

Grilled Swordfish with whipped potatoes, mediterranean relish, and salsa verde.

Crab BLT - Crispy fried softshell crab with rosemary garlic bread, tomato, smoked bacon, baby arugula, and fennel aioli.
