I don't think they were supposed to do that..

So I'm eating dinner with a friend last night, when all of a sudden there's a big woosh of wind and dirt and then sheets of water are just pouring down the side of the building. They hit a waterline. What sucks is it shot so far that it completely soaked our bikes we had ridden to the restaurant.
